What do you think of these for a 13 year old boys school shoes?

What do you think of these shoes for my son for school, schools in the UK usally require kids to wear proper black school shoes, so i was thinking these? There really the only ones i could get in his size, which is a UK Size 4.

However, im worried about the insole, incase they look too goofy for him, like at P.E, what if any his freinds or the other boys see the army patterns, i think thats considered lame?

I'm pretty sure the camouflage will look fine. Normally kids hate proper black shoes, so that should make it better for him.

There is nothing wrong with the shoes and there is certainly nothing wrong in taking care and pride in your appearance.
Name calling in school usually shows a very insecure person. Ignore him.
