I have looked up some of the other answers in previous questions with pretty much the same results I have found. I don't like the styles (and price) of Stride Rite shoes, which we started out with. We have been using New Balance and they don't have alot of choice. He is going into a size 10 toddler (he is a big 2 1/2 year old). I found a pair that I like okay, but am looking for more options. Anyone have any suggestions for websites? Links would be appreciated. Thanks!
NBwebexpress has some. The pair I'm considering is $37.99 + tax with free shipping. They don't have alot of choices though. It's not as bad as Stride Rite and they (IMO) are cuter at NB, but that's still pretty expensive. I'm kinda OCD about keeping them in good shape since I don't want to have to buy 2 pair at that price and have a play pair. I got lucky with adjustable strap sandals at Wal-Mart for the summer, but the winter months are going to be a challenge.

I am having the same problem with my son... so I would love to hear what people come up with... we have to buy my 3 year old stride rites as well... and they cost alot!!!!!! ugh....

1)wears baggy clothes. likes companies like south pole, ecko..blah, blah. listen to rap.. speaks with gangster slang.
wears big clothes. very tough.

2) normal dude. likes country and pop music. shops at old navy and gap. has a great personality and is smart. he wears new balance shoes..lol.

3) shops at hollister and abercrombie. very rich and good looking. lives in a mansion. has brown hair slicked back. wears expensive polos.

4)has an english accent. wears skinny jeans. skater...listens to all time low and boys like girls. palys drums in a band and could also play guitar. good looking;) wears new era hats...(not fake;) very very nice. jokes around a lot. is intrested in painting and 16 century art. shops at zumiez and pac sun. wears glamour kills.

NUMBER FOUR! anyday..i fall for a guy wearing skinny jeans faster than a pin can drop, and also having the same taste in music...wooo that guy would have to be an angel, just for me!! lmao jk... sense of humour= hee-uge plus, artistic=extra hee-uge plus, english accent=extra gigantic plus and good taste in clothing=extra,extra,extra,extra gigantic plus, oh yah and i almost forgot, your taste in music, one of my fave bands is All Time Low(but i'm also into screamo, metal,etc./anykind of rock), so another gigantic, humungous, extra large PLUS!!! (**HEARTS,HEARTS AND MORE HEARTS**)

#1,2, and 3 are either too preppy, too gangster or too mediocre..lmao sorry for the stereotypes!! but im into SKATERS!!<3 =]

and number 4 is a complete guy version of me, except for the english accent, i wish! i guess i'm good looking, not stand out-ish but good enough...i love playing guitar(however much i suck), i love guys in bands, especially drummers cause they have coordination, which i happen to not have,(even though i'm a piano player and a guitarist, i stick to singing most of the time :P )

I bought some New Balances in the year of 1999, and I didn't think they were all that special but I needed some running shoes, they costed alot. But one day I came...about 4 days ago and this boy said I got on them classics. So I was like ok. Soon every boy started noticing it and said "Cool Classics" I was like thanks but I didn't think it was all that special, here is a pic of them:

How much are they worth???

apparently classics are a certain kind of shoe. you know, like limited edition? kinda like nikes.
they range from $60 & up, depending on the style.
but maybe because they're a little older, they might be just $60

Is tennis shoes like Nike, New Balance.. In style more these days.. or Is boots not like cow boy boots but kind of like dress up boots?

I don't know much about styles. I do know that I must have comfort. I can't comment on any shoe except New Balance. It is absolutely comfortable and has a different slant in its composure. It takes a short while to get used to but your feet will thank you. My doctor actually recommended them. I thought how does he know about these shoes? Well, he sure does know.
