I'm pretty short, like 5'2 and I wear a size 7 for women or a 5 for mens. I currently own some dunks and air force 1s, but they're both pretty worn out, and i want to get new ones for next year's basketball season. Can anyone recommend anything? Like i said, i'm pretty short, so i'd like anything that gives me good height and jump :) Thank you!

i have a pair of white air force ones and they have blue camoflouge on it. The inside is read and it has red shoe strings. My uniform for school is khaki pants and green, blue or white shirts. Is it okay to wear them with my uniform if im a girl or is that tacky? Should i wait to wear them next year during high school?

High school typing class leads to 30-year career in the military
"It was mostly girls in the class, except for a couple of us boys who took it just so we could be in there with the girls," said Murphy, 84, of Florence.
That one typing class led Murphy on an adventure he will never forget.
"After being drafted into the Navy in 1944, I was assigned to a PT boat maintenance base on the eastern coast of New Guinea," Murphy said. "After awhile, they came out with a personnel position. They wanted someone who could take shorthand. I couldn't, but I could type, so that's where they put me."
And it was in personnel, counseling and recruitment that Murphy ended up spending almost his entire 30-year, 25-day naval career.
Murphy not only served in World War II, but the Korean War and two tours of Vietnam.
"To me, serving in three wars like he did, that's pretty incredible and speaks highly of him and the kind of individual he is," said friend Steve Harrison, who meets Murphy and others each morning for coffee at a local Jack's restaurant.
