I'm looking for a leather dye or polish that will restore the color on some tan leather dance shoes. The girls have worn all the tan color off the toes of their jazz shoes & now have white toes.
Any suggestions other than makeup foundation to cover the worn spots?
Hoping to find a leather dye....black leather dye from the discount store worked great on the black shoes...just need an alternative for the tan/taupe.

to Director at a childcare centre and none of the girls wear covered shoes. I've worked for the same owner at another centre and we all had to wear covered shoes so I assumed it was a health and safety regulation. I don't want to make an issue out of it if it's not a legal requirement - I personally don't mind if the girls wear sandals, especially when it's hot...
Can you call the owner or head of the company/centers or the corporate office? If one center requires covered shoes, I would think they all do. And having worked in childcare myself, I know we had to wear covered shoes at all times, even in the summer. It was definitely a health code. I also worked at another place where the same was required and the boss said that if we did not comply, she could be fined.

I saw a woman who had very deformed feet wear ribbons wrapped around her feet. It was very pretty. They were not plain ribbons, but decorative ribbon. They did look more like they were sandals than regular shoes.
There are also some very pretty slippers that are very flexible and soft. Some I saw at Target looked very much like shoes.

Lauren is the winner for me, for looking unforced yet polished. The dress on Snow is too Peter Pilotto knockoff and edgy for the way it’s styled. I dislike the shoe color choice for the Bush ensemble; and she could have done so much more with the frock. That’s a beautiful color on Port but the cut and styling is blase.

I love Lauren Conrad’s look, and I agree with you about the darker hair being good for this look. Brittany’s look is a bit fussy for me. Sophia looks as jaw-droppingly beautiful as ever. I kinda wish Whitney’s dress was either shorter or longer. It looks a little odd as is.

I prefer Lauren Conrad, she always looks so radiant…she must be avery happy girl! I only think that she should change her red carpet pose, always the same. I don’t like Sophia’s shoes, they’re cute but I don’t like them with the dress. I don’t like W. Port, I liked her when she was in The Hills, but I think she’s overrated.
