i would highly suggest you don't actually go out and buy the shoes without her. i work at a running store and it is essential to find out if the person i'm fitting needs a stability shoe or not, the wrong shoe can lead to injury. just tell her you will take her to a running store to get fitted. the people there should know what to do. oh and don't go to a dick's or a modell's they don't know anything about running

What Are The Best Running Shoes For Girls?

Hey, I have recently started running to get into shape and have been wearing my converse chuck taylors because i have no running shoes. My feet hurt really bad because my converse have no support. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for affordable running shoes preferably under 100 dollars.

Try going to an outlet and looking at sale shoes. You don't have to get the best brands just look for something that fits you well and supports your feet. This season i got great shoes for 30 dollars just because i got a pair that was on sale!

Is it okay to wear a pair of slightly bigger running shoes?

Hi,
I'm 14 and a girl. I wear women shoes size 7 & my parents bought a pair of 7.5 Nike running shoes to make it last longer because my feet are still growing. My heel slips in these and they feel much bigger. They feel bulky. Is it okay to wear these on my next 7k race?

yes it is ok. One thing you can do is wear more than one pair of socks. Add them until you feel a snug fit

Neither would be eaten because the one with shoes, would throw the wolf her leather shoes,..the wolf would be contented to stop chasing the girls and salivate, and chew on them!
