i noticed that indian girls tend to wear flat shoes (kinda look like toe-shoes used for ballet or traditional chinese shoes).
is there a reason behind it? why dont they wear shoes with heels?
i find them hot anyway and the shoes they wear make them look traditional which make them even hotter.

I wear boots, platforms, and heels. I don't wear sandals or flip flops, I hate sneakers too. I love my heels, but I have to have them at least 2 inches high although I prefer 3 inches high. :)
