I'm a really tall girl, and my date is an inch shorter than me, so heels will not be an option.

Since my dress is an above the knee red-orange coloured prom dress (all one colour, no sequins etc.), I was wondering what colour flats I should wear (gold, silver, or something else.) Could you please post some links to stores I could find these shoes as well.

I would really appreciate it if you could tell me what type of earring would go well with it, and perhaps ring, as I want to keep the accessories minimal.

A mute gold or a black. As long as there not shiny. When you get the shoes get jewlery to match it. Just make sure its not too matchy-matchy.

N my cousin is going to be a pirate lady, my friend BAt girl and
my bf might be kermit the frog lol

I wanted to be Dorothy from wizard of Oz Or a playboy angel.
I like both the costumes so its hard to decide lol.
The dorothy one is a sequin dress with red hair bows,
short socks with ruby red glitter shoes. glamour dorothy lol
Or playboy angel has a white dress with a bow on the side
fluffy on the bottom. gloves ,fluffy wings and a halo
and for the shoes i would wear tie up ribbon white heels.

also if anyone has ideas for the accessories i could wear

I think the Dorothy outfit would go better with your friends costumes although the playboy bunny one sounds cute! Have fun

Bursting to go to the loo, I waited impatiently at the ever-growing line, jumping lightly from one to another. I didn’t care if these people laughed and stared, though I don’t think they did, because I needed to the toilet ten times worse than them. Had they just won a bet to see how many cokes you can drink in a minute? No, they were either too busy making out behind the school building or quietly or sophisticatedly sipping back coke, spiked with vodka. Mine had no alcohol in it whatsoever; at least, that’s what I think.
“Excuse me, I huddled to the front of the queue and pushed past the person walking out of the toilet and the person trying to get in. I heard a hoarse of bad names being called at me, but did I care? I think not!
After I peed for about an hour, I hurried past the angry line of teenagers waiting for there turn to go to the toilet. Yeah, only one toilet for the girls and one for the boys even though most of the boys just stood outside and peed to save time. This was the crappiest school ever and not to mention full of chavs and people who think they’re cool. Ha, yeah right.
I made my way back to the table where I had sat around and played the game of “how many cokes can you drink in a minute” and I had won against my best friend, Haley, who was now dancing with my best boy mate, Ashley. The only two people now left at the table were Joe, Ashley’s mate, and Peanut, who was Joe’s girlfriend. Her real name was Sarah though, Peanut was just a “one of those things you call your girl or boyfriend” and it became natural for all of us to call her that, but not in a lovey dovey was Joe does. Not that I would ever know not never having one. Well, once, back in primary school in year six where I and this guy went out for a week and all we did was just hold hands.
“So, my money?” I held my hand out in front of Joe who didn’t take his eyes of Peanut. I coughed loudly over the awful music of some pop.
“Hmm?” He eventually looked up in a daze.
“My money, I won the bet, hand it over,” I pushed my open palm out towards him closer.
“Ah, about that, you see, Peanut and I were thinking about catching a film in a few minutes and we sort of need the money.”
“And I do to, after winning. Don’t try and wriggle out of this one. You said yourself ‘I’d bet twenty quid that Haley will beat you in a coke drinking contest,’ and, well, I did. So cough up!”
“Can’t he pay you back?” Peanut said a little aggravated.
“Can’t you stay out of this,” I had never liked Peanut and usually, secretly, called her Pillack instead, only my bestie new about that.
“Hey!” Joe got defensive and flung his sandy brown razor cut hair out of his face. “You call her that again and you’re definitely not getting your money. Now, apologize.”
I saw Peanut flatter her long fake eyelashes and await an apology from me. Well, she would be waiting a long time because not one nice word was slipping out of my mouth tonight and probably not ever.
Well, nothing sincere. “I’m soooo sorry Penis, I mean Peanut,” I giggled and felt a hand latch around my arm pulling me away from the very red faced girl.
“What the hell do you think your doing,” Haley spoke through her teeth.
“Jeez, lighten up, you already know I hate her and I’m beginning not to like Joe now,” I admitted.
“I don’t care! You can’t just go around and call people Penis’s!”
“Why not?” I genuinely was confused.
“Well, not to your friends anyway.”
I stopped as I noticed we were half way down the path leaving the school. “She is not my friend!”
“Yeah, well she’s mine so if you don’t mind, I’m going back in!” She usually went in a strop for a while but always came out of it in the end. After swiveling around and tossing her short blonde curls aside, I didn’t worry about her and headed home.
“Stupid school dance,” I mumbled feeling the nip of the Spring night air. It wasn’t freezing and neither warm. Especially not wearing a mini-skirt and a glittery sequin vest top, and my shoes topped the outfit off – jet black shiny three inch heels, one of many girls’ best friends.
My house wasn’t far away but I didn’t feel comfortable walking home dressed like this. I expected that Haley would expect me to come back in to the dance and wait till it was finish and her mum drove me home. But nah, I was so over the dance. I knew I would be alright and turned right when I reached the end of the long school path.
The neighbourhood was silent apart from the click clock of my heels against the dried in chewing gum pavement. The air whipped around my long black curls and I could smell the hint of hairspray in my hair – the only thing keeping my curls there. Normally, my hair is long flat and bland.
Walking further into the night, I kept tossing my head left to right and behind me, making sure no one was following me.
That’s when I heard the noise of testosterone in the air – their low chuckles and the corny joke. Then I saw them, a gang of five yobs heading my way, jumping up and dow
