I'm a size 4 in shoes! Sequin Converse?

I obviously know i have extremely small feet, but I still have trouble finding good shoes! I really want sequin converse (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/img-thing?.o ut=jpg&size=l&tid=4739948) but the smallest size they have is 5.5. Do you think it could fit with thick socks? ...and also, do you know of anywhere that sells cute shoes small?
