you don't say if they are leather or vinyl or cloth. If it is leather leather cleaner is good if it is vinyl then try Vaseline if cloth try something like spray and wash

The dress is sleeveless and below the knees. Its pale yellow NOT canary yellow. Its a casual dress (with a pale flower print) you would wear to an outdoor event like a picnic etc.

Its casual enough to go shopping in too. What colour shoes or sandals go well with this kind of dress. Thanks

Wear some flats or wedges. I can't think of any other colors. If you want to make a statement, wear purple or green shoes.
