Do Skechers Twinkle Toes Shoes for little girls run small in size?

From what the customer reviews say, some of the Twinkle Toes shoes do tend to run a bit smaller, particularly those shoes that are a slip on vs. a lace-up or strap. I'd say based on reviews that it was about a half size smaller. There are plenty of lace-up Twinkle Toes shoes available though, so you can order accordingly.
