6th form college school bags?
MacBook Pro Envelope - 15"

Hi! I'm starting 6th form college in September and I'm looking for a bag to hold all my books but is also stylish. Any suggestions? Thanks x

I like the big black ones in primark cheap/fashionable but big enough to stuff all your things into. They are kinda half moon shaped with one long handle which attaches at each side. You need one big enough to hold at least one A4 folder!

What is the best quality and priced school bag for college?

I need a bag, messenger or backpack, that can hold a 17" Dell Studio laptop as well as all other school supplies, such as books. i would like it to be in the price limit of $100 and i would like it to last for a while. any help is gratly appreciated. thank you

That's what I have. It has lasted me the last two years with my laptop and all my school supplies with ZERO signs of wear, it looks brand new. And the straps are very padded, which I have appreciated as lugging my textbooks and my dell is hard on the back.

When in college should I carry two bags with me one for school books and supplies and another for my computer?
MacBook Pro Envelope - 13"

I am going to college in the fall and I going to school in southern california and I am a guy. I do not want to bring my laptop everywhere but when I do should I put my laptap in my bag it is 15 or 16 inch laptop so it is not light and I do not want to scratch it what should I do?

There are computer bags that are designed to carry both around in them. I spent a long time carrying both around in the same bag and my laptop never once got scratched and it was a heavy one. These types of bags have a separate compartment for laptops. Of course you will have too make sure that you don't put anything in that compartment that doesn't belong there. It will make your bag heavy and you will have to be careful about how you put it down. If I had it to do over again... I would just bite the bullet and buy a second bag.
Also, if you're that worried about your laptop get a hard case. They are not really that heavy and they do a pretty good job protecting your laptop from various things.

MacBook Pro Envelope - 13"

I'm just interested to what you take, haha. I take a notepad, phone, mp3, make up, pens, money and a book :)

I take my laptop, my notebook and several pens and pencils, books i need for class, and a couple granola bars in case i get hungry. :)

In college do most students use backpacks or tote bags to carry their books and stuff?

I was wondering in college what do most students use backpacks or tote bags to carry their school supplies in. I know in high school most kids every year just carried differnt kinds of tote bags, but i was just wondering what kind of school bag do most people use in college? Thanks

honestly you should carry whatever you feel most comfortable with. There aren;t lockers in college like highschool so you will carry more books throughout the day. I would personally go for the backpack because you can carry more and it won't hurt your shoulders as much.

So that time of year is creeping up on us. The time when we must throw some clothes into duffel, fill the rest of the bag with dirty laundry, kiss our roommate and our bottle of vodka goodbye, and head home for fall break.

Yes, there are many up-sides to this little trip: we get a break from all the homework, we get to eat something other then cafeteria mystery meat for a change, and we get to curl up with Scruffy on the couch for a couple of days.

But with the comfort of being home comes a few downers as well. And I’m not talking about being woken up at 9am on a Saturday or having to empty the dishwasher. It’s those little comments from mom and dad that really get under your skin. And no matter how hard you try to be nice, you just can’t help but snap, say something mean and beeline to the car/airport (clean clothes and leftovers in hand, obvi) as soon as humanly possible.
