Okay. I know I'm a girl, and you said boys, but let's face it. You need girl advice too (No offense to any boys. :P) If your school allows it, wear bright bracelets, necklaces, ears, some bright socks....something that sticks out from your uniform. It should be easy. Since you got a white polo shirt, almost any color necklace would do. But don't make it wacky like a clown.

I'm looking for boys' uniform pants (size 6) that aren't the regular straight leg variety.
I always buy my son's at Gap, but even they only have traditional-fit khakis. Is there ANYWHERE that offers more stylish fit khaki pants for boys? His school is pretty lax, as far as fit...well, at least for the girls, who come to school in flare legs! Of course, there's no way he could wear corduroy or cargo pockets.
Money's not a problem, within reason.I love dressing my little guy in stylish clothes. It makes me sad that I'm prevented from doing it by this stupid policy. I'm tired of spending money on clothes that I would NEVER buy for him otherwise!

My parents are considering a catholic high school for me next year.
The uniform is an ugly elementary-school style plaid jumper dress above the knee; a button up blouse, cross tie, white nylon knee socks and regular saddle shoes.
From what I've heard, alot of the boys at that school give these girls 'negative attention' because of the uniforms the girls wear.(Mostly the leg shows from looking or pulling up their jumper skirts.)
Personally, I am used to wearing pants at my current public school, and would feel uncofortable with the kind of attention I have heard about while wearing their school uniform.
They cannot wear pants there.
Would U feel self-conscious wearing a school uniform around boys? What do U (females) think?

Honestyly yes i would feel self consious wearing it for the first few days but EVERYONE will be wearing them and you will get used to it. As for the guys there just immature if they give negative attention and there idk just ignore them and its very likley they wont be like taht and you just heard some rumors
so basically it wont be as bad as you think and on the plus side you dont have to spend any time deciding what your going to wear
