So me and my lady are hanging out tomorrow. She wants to try this one thing where I have to make her do something, and she has to make me do something.
I want her to come to the date in her cute school uniform, but in exchange, I have to be handcuffed to her and give both keys to her
Good idea? Can we get in trouble?
LOL That sounds very funny

Essay:
School uniforms at High Schools
--------------------------------------…
Nowadays, people often have to think about what they should wear (during the day) and today's fashion market with the daily new brands, that appear on the market every day and creations don't solve these problems either, they rather augment the problems. That makes you think about it; it wouldn't be better to create an universial dress code so that the comparison of people's appearance could stop. Even at our school we were already confronted with that theme in connection with the project "Fair Trade". So in this essay, I'll examine the possibilities of school uniforms.
Firstly, you could say that such uniforms look pretty and more formal. As a result, students are aware of the fact that they are going to school like a businessman is wearing his business uniform; he knows that he's on the way to work. So it would be more easy to distinguish leisure time (when you wear casual clothes), from the work hours. However, I have to add that school uniforms often have to be cheap so that everybody can afford them. That could be an advantage in the case you don't recognize somebodies social class. But unfortunately, if you have to make them formal, practical and fashionable all at the same time, there is always one aspect that you can't fulfill. So they shouldn't become too expensive. Due to the fact that they must be cheap, either the cotton isn't (qualitively) goog enough or you can only create one uniform for the whole year. Because of the low price, they often are uncomfortable because the cotton isn't silk; you will always have hot in summer and alway cold in winter.
Furthermore, social conflicts should be blocked in that time you are wearing an uniform, which I already mentioned above. With school uniforms, you have fewer social conflicts based on your social status which, as you know, can be recognized on your dress code.
Nevertheless, social conflicts aren't completely eliminated and even conflicts could emerge: There a fight between schools could begin because of their different uniforms. Or the pressure for integration in the group could become so strong that the situation could slide down like it happened, for example, in the film "The wave" where the unity of the group members turned against other people...
Finally you could say that the integration in a group is very important for the learning process at school and that school uniforms in that case are a huge advantage.
In conclusion I have to say that it would be difficult for us having school uniforms in our country too. On the one hand there are a lot of advantages but on the other hand that many disadvantages, for example the fact that they aren't comfortable (which should be the case). So I would say that it isn't important to have such uniforms because the lexis is the same everywhere, with or without a school uniform.
Roy has found the clear errors, so I'll just add a couple points:
Nowadays, people often have to think about what they should wear (during the day) and today's fashion market with the daily new brands, that appear on the market every day and creations don't solve these problems either, they rather augment the problems.
"(During the day)" doesn't sound right here, if you mean "to school" say that, otherwise leave it out.
This bit: " with the daily new brands, that appear on the market every day and creations" isn't very clear, (is it a direct translation from German?)--you don't need both "daily new" and "that appear on the market every day", and then "creations" is kind of left all alone.
Then you seem to be calling people's "hav(ing) to think about what they should wear" "these problems" which really doesn't make sense, although you hint at some other problems later in the paragraph (comparison of people's appearance and whatever you learned in the Fair Trade project).
So maybe turn that sentence into something like:
Nowadays, people often have to think about what they should wear to school and today's fashion market with the new brands and designs appearing daily only make the decisions more difficult.
My friend is boycotting sports and when I asked why he talked about the energy that is used to light the stadiums and arena, the non-renewable materials used to build the stadiums, the fact that teams travel constantly by plane, contributing to global warming. How can I argue with that? It's senseless to use all those lights rather than just play basketball and hockey games outside, or play baseball and football games during the day so there is natural sunlight, rather than waste so much energy with the lights and the giant scoreboards, etc. not to mention all the co2 from the massive amount of traffic that these things bring and the teams refuse to wear fair-trade cotton uniforms. Is there a better way to get high school, college, and pro sports to go green, or do we have to boycott them and cause them financial hardship for them to change? It's frustrating that these people refuse to make simple changes on their own to benefit the world.
Well it would help more to get the greens off their couches and out in the street participating in the sports themselves. Might make a whole .00000000001% difference in Co2 production

Pachacuti Journal - Fair Trade & Organic School Uniforms ...
For any entrepreneurs out there wanting a ready-made business, the business I set up with my husband a few years ago, Clean Slate Fair Trade and Organic School Uniforms is available at minimal cost. Clean Slate was the UK's first Fair Trade and Organic school uniform supplier and there was a huge demand for our products for children with eczema which was made worse by the chemicals used to make school uniforms 'Easy Care' and 'Non-iron'
As Pachacuti became increasingly successful, we couldn't run two businesses and took Clean Slate off line two years ago. However, we have still been getting daily phone calls from parents wanting to our purchase Fair Trade and Organic school uniforms! We have a room full of varied stock - school shirt, trousers, skirts etc and would be happy to let the business go at a really minimal price (probably about £2 per garment) to try to cover cost price on saleable stock. Happy to give away the business name, all website design, photoshoots of the uniforms etc.
