French Toast School Uniform

i need them for my school uniform but i dont want to get ugly French toast like baggy parachute pants.

I would say if you have to have a uniform but still want to look cute, definitely JCPenny, Kohl's, or even Old Navy there khaki's are cute without being ridiculous looking and for a great price too.

I'm in the 6th grade and my uniform is really pointless. White or navy shirt and khaki pants, and this "french toast" uniform is very unappealing! Does anybody know a place to get cute uniform things, yes i go to aeropostle. Any cute Accessories and hair styles?

Limited too has cute headbands and necklaces....
Also Forever 21 has some cute assories [cant spell ahh..lol]
When you are wearing your uniform, if i wear you i would wear the navy blue shirt... with an braclet would be cute!
Basically every place that has cute clothes has cute assories...
I get the whole pointless uniform thing. i have plaid skirt... even worse

Im 5'1 and every time I try on traditional school pants they don't fit right at all, we have to tuck in our shirts and Dockers/Dickeys/Arizona(JCPenny)/ French Toast come up all the way past my belly button. Anyone know where I can get pants good for petites? That look a little bit stylish? They have to be black.

Need help to decorate my school my school uniform
I would like to decorate my school uniform, but I'm afaird that it will come out bad. So I would like to ask for your opinion that
- What is the best way to decorate my school?
- What is the best products or things for my uniform?
- What is the best headband for this uniform? (more than 2-3 pieces)
- What is the best way to decorate my school's brazer? (May be add some lines like Blair Waldorf's school blazer style or kind of Poppy Moore in Wild Child like that.)
- What I have to do with my tie? (I have to use this school design.)
- What is the best shoe for this school uniform? (Not to high heel.)
Do I have to put other things on my uniform? (Please give me your ideas.)

I am asian. I am kind of yellow-white as well. I have straight Brown hair longer to my shoulder, but not in the middle of my back and I can put make up to school. My height is about 156cm. I have gray eye as well. I am not wear my brazer all the time.

PS. I cannot change my school uniform so I have to decorate it. I cannot change the school style such as school logo, school tie color and design. But I also can change the style such as I can change the normal tie into French toast tie.

Fortunately for me, I never had to wear school uniforms, so this question is a bit difficult for me.
