I am on a budget and I have already been to walmart and kmart.com. I am too nervous to try craigslist or ebay because of how our economy is, I don't want to end up getting ripped off online. Does anyone from St.Louis know of a place where I can buy used school uniform pants?

She can if pants are a part of her school's designated uniform. Otherwise, she can't, simply because pants uniform don't exist in that case. In most schools they are not, except maybe in very cold regions.
Which do you wear?
I wear skirts. It's odd really. I haven't worn skirts in 8 or so years, and I swore I wouldn't be caught dead in skirts, but my current school requires females to wear skirts. My other schools allowed girls to wear pants whenever they had to dress formally.
I had to wear skirts. It was a kilt that was either navy or plaid. I really like how uniform skirts look.. it's so need and proper. We were also allowed to wear pants, but it was a specific style and a specific brand and they looked awful. No one ever wore pants to school.

How do I make my school uniform look cute?
Well at my school all the girls wear khaki pants and tuck them into ug boots. Also a different colored undershirt every day under a white polo looks cute. And go get a really cute belt from A.E. or Holister. Wear your hair long and straight ,or curly and in a side ponytail. No jewlery other than some cute hoop ear rings. Also paint your fingernails a cute color like white! (get your pants from Holister, Abercrombie, or A.E)
If you’re a girl, then you could wear interesting accessories (if you’re allowed). Such as bracelettes, necklaces (more then one at a time), bigger earrings, etc. You could try wearing a scarf (like a light one, not for cold weather). Interesting belts as well. As for the shoes, you could wear ballet flats, or high heels (if they’re allowed – and if your old enough) that have a closed toe. Also wearing your hair different dya to day can mix up an outfit.If you’re a guy, you could get different shoes so you can mix them up, or guys also tend to wear scarves (they just have to be masculine).
