The obvious answer is a Japanese Schoolgirl Uniform.

My younger sister is in the 8th grade and at her school, they wear uniforms. On certain days, they have to wear khaki colored pants and on the rest, navy blue colored pants. Yesterday, she had gym so she had to wear the khaki colored pants. She got her period the night before and was very nervous to wear her khaki colored pants because when she did that once before, she ended up staining her pants and had to walk around the whole day wearing a sweater around her waist. So, yesterday, she wore some sweatpants that resembled the navy blue ones but were a dark grey color, safe .. just in case she did stain her paints. Won't be as noticeable as the khakis. Her science teacher gave her a detention for not wearing her school uniform pants. My sister accepted the detention but decided to explain it to the principal. He already knew what she had the detention for because the teacher had already told him. When my sister approached him to explain he went and put his hand in the air and cut her off and said ''no no, I don't want to hear it" then my sister says "but Mr. ____-" He cuts her off again and says ''neh neh no"
My sister came home CRYING yesterday and I'm very upset that he would not let her speak and explain herself. My sister is a great student and is not the one to get in trouble or be called down to the office at all! Even if she WAS, he should still give her a chance to speak and say what she has to say instead of being so unprofessional and putting his hand up like that and refusing to hear her out and walking away. I am going with my mother to have a talk with him...I want to be calm but as much as I am extremely angry I don't want to create a problem to where he will have something against my sister for the remainder of the school year. I need some advice please on how to handle this situation. Thank you all in advance.
To the 2nd answerer, I'm 25 years old and old enough to handle situations like this. Reason why I am handling this is because my mother just had surgery on her eye and can't do much. My sister did not break the rules, nor was it a mistake on her or my mother's behalf. I will be taking care of it and will not leave it alone beause if he is going to be that way with her over something so small, God only knows what else he is doing. I love my sister very much and want what's best. Sorry if you don't care or would do what I would do, and another thing, your advice is not needed on my page. Have a good day
It's good that you see that it's important to handle the situation delicately. This principal sounds like a jerk to me too, but getting him mad isn't going to help anybody. Talk to him very politely, and try to resolve the situation. If he won't budge, accept that the incident is over and move on.
But there must be a lot of girls in the school with the same problem. How do they handle it? Talk to the school nurse and see if she has any suggestions.
here is the sentence.

I agree with your mother.

The preposterous reaction of Britain’s education establishment to the annual school examination league tables published today shows – depressingly but all too predictably – where the core of the problem with the country’s failing education system is centred. In the educators.
The tables show for the first time the proportion of pupils who obtained the so-called new ‘English Baccalaureate’ at age 16. This is not a new examination but a handy way of grouping together the core subjects, without the mastery of which no child can be said to have the rudiments of education at age 16. These subjects are –as you might expect – English, Maths, a science, a foreign language and a humanity, at grade C or above. Dismally, fewer than one in six pupils managed to achieve this basic level.
Cue a chorus of whingeing excuses and absurd protestations from the teaching world which has so disgracefully failed so many children, and from the political mouthpiece for such failure on the Opposition front bench. One complaint was that the new ‘Bac’
