Well the uniform consists of:
-navy/light blue/white shirt that MUST have a collar
-khaki/navy skirt/skort/shorts/pants etc.

I wear makeup everyday to school its usually just black eyeliner with black mascara since I'm always in a rush. Any way to make this uniform look good?

definitely try something more with your makeup like colored eyeshadow and pink blush/ lipgloss
Also, wear cute jewelry, and wear some cute shoes, and try different hairstyles.

My school has a really strict uniform/dress code. What accessories can I add to make myself look stylish on the first day of school?

Here is the uniform:

School polo shirt in white, maroon, or forest green,

Black or Khaki Skirt/skort no higher than two inches above the knee OR school plaid skirt.

White socks,

Predominately white or black tennis shoes OR Brown or black school shoes.

I have fine hair that is sun-bleached blonde and falls just below my shoulder. I am gonna get it cut for school. I want to keep the length but want a fresh look. Any suggestions?

Also, list any accessories you think
I should bring. I am not allowed to have purses but messenger bags are okay and belts are allowed too.

Yeah, thanks for all your help. I can't wear aeropostle polos, though. (Wish I could!) Just the kind you can buy in the school store. I dont really wear much makeup yet sinse I am only going into 7th grade. I pretty much just wear lipgloss. I am gonna get a manicure for the first day If I can afford it by then, and I like the idea of bracelets and long necklaces. I will hold off on choosing a best answer yet so I can see what other people write.
Well, I am not supposed to have nail polish but they aren't too strict about that. :)

Ok so the dress code is to wear either a Burgandy, Forest Green, or Gray t-shirt polo with either a skort or pants with the color of navy or khaki. It's really boring and I already wear bracelets and necklaces. We can wear hoodies over the uniform though. Any ideas? Nothing to fancy. Jewelry suggestions would be great! THANKS! :)

when wearing accessories, wear bright colors that match but stand out at the same time.

we can wear jeans or a skort(which i can pull up higher under my shirt to make a mini skirt). then we have to wear polo shirts the colors blue, yellow, white, and navy blue. we have to have crew socks. and finally, our shoes have to be black or white. thanks!
