Ca School

My school is having club day. So all the clubs make food to sell to raise money for our club. But I can't think of anything a high school kid will eat that follows the guidelines for CA nutrition, and is cheap to make.

when i was in high school we did pretzels.....the big soft ones.....you can usually get them for a really good price at sams/costco...somewhre like that....then charge like 1.25 for a pretzel and if you want get some cheese dip and sel it for like 50cents extra....we made a pretty good amount with that....

plus they were simple to heat up.....we used our home ec. class with the stoves to cook em.....took about 15 mins i think for them too cook...or you could cook em in the micowave... for like 1 a pretzel but that could take a while..
one they are cooked put em in a foil envelope....

its fairly heathly and oesnt have the sugar the most schools ae trying ot cut out..

My license was revoked in 1993 by the CA DMV. I have since moved to NM and would like to apply for a drivers license. I did not attend DUI school prior to leaving CA . Is there a way to transfer CA school requirements to NM?

a phone call to the NM DMV...

If you don't already know, CA schooling system is already in the sh**ter, why make it worse?
Who agrees that this it unnecessary and a total waste if taxpayers money?
By the way its a public school.
You all hit it corret, CA is just failing at life!

Money makes Money, rich people will see this place as a great place to take their kids because it costs so much to build it. Just like a hotel, people with alot of money tend to go to all the high quality 5 star hotels right. You never see a rich person sleep at a motel. It's the same thing, it will pay itself off.

These 5 boys were wearing the American flag and/or red, white and blue clothing on Cinco de Mayo and the school administration was afraid that there would be fights. Isn't it too bad that we can't be proud of our flag in America but we must support other countries holidays and flag?
Excellent response Oh Brother. I don't understand why anyone living in this wonderful country would want to be anything other than a loyal American and take pride in our heritage and flag.

Political correctness is not correct.

Personally, if I was challenged to a fight for wearing an American Flag shirt, bring it on.

I would imagine that several public interest law firms are ready to take a case like this. I wonder if the school refused to run the Colors up the flag pole on May 5TH in case they might offend.

I support the boys right to take pride in our flag. Would the school have sent them home if they were wearing Mexican flag shirts or worse Che shirts.

I just saw the story on Yahoo news. The high school celebrates "Cino De Mayo" They had Mexican folk dancers. The School Board over ruled the Principal and vice principal and said the America flag shirts may be worn.

I am very interested in the PhD program in clinical psychology at the CA. School of Professional Psychology in san diego. i was wondering if anybody knew anything about the programs reputation and if it is a valid option for a Psych student looking to get equal trainining in both the clinical and research aspects of clinical psychology?
