Catholic School

is catholic school better than or similar to public school !? i was just wondering cause im going to a catholic school this year and was curious what people thought. and also what type of sloths do people wear there on non dress code days ????????? thanksss
i would be going into highschool as a freshman in the new england area

in my opinion a catholic school is better. i wear regular clothes, but nothing inappropriate.

Im having problems in my school with the kids and academically. my grades are bad and im not with bad friends. I want to knowhow do i get into catholic school do i need really good grades or is it just the cost because im willing to get a job and pay for it. PLEASE HELP!

it's pretty much the cost, tho my catholic high school did test us as incoming freshmen. But I know someone who came in as a jr & his grades weren't too hot before then (he improved while actually there, however).

Can a child attend Catholic School even if they are not Catholic?

Yes, of course they can, if there is space available. Members of the school's parish and other Catholics are usually given priority for enrollment ahead of non-Catholics. A non-Catholic child is not required to convert, but will be learning the faith along with his/her peers. You should find out from the school principal how much participation in religious activities is expected, and if you're comfortable with the answers you receive then by all means enroll your child. He or she would be warmly welcomed.

Since kindergarten to Grade 9, I've attended a Catholic school and now I want to go to this specific Public school for High School. My mom says I can't because she wants me to go to a Catholic school. I don't see much difference besides Religion class. And I know it effects your school records if you switch from Catholic to Public. So what happens with your records? How does your records effect you? And what could I tell my mom to convince her to let me go to a Public school?

I go to Catholic school and people are always saying the two are SO different...
But how?
Other than there being masses ever couple of months in Catholic school...
I mean in Catholic school we get more religions than just Catholic O.O
