    Final scores are in from tonight’s two high-school basketball games in West Seattle – in a #1-vs.-#2 division matchup, Chief Sealth International High School fell short after a thriller vs. Rainier Beach , 67-63 (more to come, including video); meantime, West Seattle High School lost to visiting Lakeside, 68-61.

    Rainier Beach came into West Seattle tonight as the leader in the 3A Metro – Sound Division and wound up pulling off an unanswered four-point run in the last minute to defeat Chief Sealth 67-63.

    Sealth remains in second place in the Sound Division following a game that saw players, fans, and coaches wear their feelings on their sleeve all night. Emotions ran high on the floor and in the stands in what turned out to be an E-Ticket ride of a game.
