Divinity School

Does Divinity School for pastors and ministers have a system where no denomination is insulted in the curriculum's focus?
I know there are Divinity Schools run by each denomination, but what about those based in colleges?

To teach every aspect of xtianity would be to teach for and against every argument. Have you read the new testament? Its one contradiction after another. Seriously, if that doesn't make you curious about the origin of xtianity, then nothing will ever make you curious about the origin of xtianity.

There is no hell or demons in Judaism. But when mistranslating the Jewish scriptures, early cristopagans found it necessary to insert their own beliefs into a Jewish document, instead of paying any attention to what Judaism teaches. the old testament is a wholely xtian document, just as muslims created a wholely arab pagan document out of the old testament and gospels.

Arabs created islam using xtianity, and pagans created xtianity using Judaism, and both islam and xtianity bear NO resemblance to the former religion.

Since there is no hell, jesus can NOT save you from it!!! The only way there is a hell is if hades runs it and zeus is god - does xtianity delude so cleverly by changing the name of its greek gods and making all of zeus's offspring one offspring? That's all it takes for you to not recognize it?

If you knew the slightest bit about Judaism, which xtianity claims as its origin, you would see that xtianity's claims are unfounded.

And what is his fixation on global warming, exactly - he went to and dropped out of a lot of schools, but I don't remember science being one of his fields of study. Is he just confused?

I'm not sure what you mean by "good educational environment," but some of the best divinity schools are part of the finest universities in the nation.

I am hearing back from seminaries and am now trying to decide which one to go to. I am going to be working towards ordination in the Christian Reformed Church, but I don't want to go to Calvin Theo Sem... and these two, Beeson & PTSem, are at the top of my list now.

I've visited both and I'm quite torn... Any suggestions? Any insights into these schools that the Admissions departments wouldn't tell me?

It depends on what you are looking for. Princeton will give you a much stronger reputation, and certainly help you earn big money. Beeson, on the other hand, will certainly give you a much more Biblical basis for your education, and provide outstanding education. Beeson is far more conservative, and will traditionally lean toward a literal interpretation of scripture. Princeton tends toward the more liberal route, and is likely to lean toward a more flexible interpretation of scripture and other traditions of religion. Big differences here. Which are you looking for?
