I'm wondering about what high school courses would be beneficial, and also what college courses. Also, what universities would be the best to study at to pursue the career of a diplomat?
Of course you should plan to attend an "Ivy League" school, those with the highest reputations, like Harvard and Yale. Many presidents have started out there, you probably know that.
But, diplomats, especially embassadors do not always get their jobs due to having a great education.
Most have been "political hacks", and high spenders, especially supporting winning politicians for decades.
The diplomatic corps are full of political appointments, because there is no "civil service" test required for the highest positions, only political patronage. (politics)
High school courses required would be social studies, especially political science, English, creative writing, World History, and a foreign language. (I'd suggest either Spanish or Chinese).
As in university prep or college prep math, english, or science courses?
Sadly, my school has no courses to do with food as it is an arts high school.
Check with your school/district to see if it offers vocational programs. The district that I work in has these programs (culinary, media technology, Ready/Set/teach, auto technology and many others). These programs are designed for juniors and seniors to take.
You can take home economics classes that have cooking involved.

Ok I want to be a doctor im really interested in going into this professions. Or A Therapist. What courses do I need in High school to become either one of these.
For Grade 10, 11, 11
although hs courses are important for college prep. they won't really have any affect on med school or anything like that. But, if you want to get a little head start, here is what i recommend (your school may not offer all of these):
Biology, honors, AP
Anatomy and physiology
any life science class
biochem
Besides specific classes, your order of priority based on subject should be:
SCIENCE
Math
English
History

Place and Time - High School Regional Studies Courses
Write down how much you know about the history and geography of America south of the Texas-Mexico border. Probably not much. How about the history of South Asia? Can you remember the term in years of the president of Mexico? Relate the names of the three countries that comprise the territory that made up India one hundred years ago. The answers are at the end of this article.
One way to address the geographic issues is to offer a geography course. That issue can be addressed elsewhere. Another alternative is for high schools to adopt the college model of regional studies courses. Offering courses such as Latin American , Asian , and African Studies can serve two educational objectives, to strengthen a student's background in areas that are covered in a survey in traditional World History courses and to strengthen the geographic background of the student by focusing on specific places.
The Curriculum
A model plan for a Latin American Studies course would begin with a general map exercise. Maps of Central America, South America and the Caribbean would be distributed to students. These maps would have boundaries, but would be labeled by the students. Students would be initially instructed to label all the countries they know from memory.
