Not trying to be mean but obviously black people don't know how to raise kids, or they just don't care to raise them right, being lazy, then the children run around rampid like wild animals and have no consideration for others, manners, or common sense. They tend to drop out of school because they just don't care, because their lazy parents were too busy sitting in their sweats, with curlers in their hair smoking cigs, sad but true.

oh well, better to have them drop out than to become distractions to those who want to learn. there's some in my school that give the teachers such a hard time and then they don't even do the work. they just show cause they're made to and don't put forth any effort and fail... i wish they would drop out.

My high school class started out with 275+ students, in 2001 only 97 graduated.
According to a study by the Annie E. Casey Foundation the highest drop out rate in any state (in 2004) goes to Indiana at 13%.
