well i would imagine it would be at the beginning of summer - they graduate in America around the same time we finish college (i think) or maybe a little later cos they actually wait to get their diplomas and stuff.

What date are they going to film the High School Musical?
Filming is to start early 2008, most likely in the next month or two. The release date is October 24th.
I wanted to sign up and be an extra for High School Musical 3, but I don't know how much longer they are filming it and if it is worth signing up at this point because there is a cost to sign up.

They won the race.
Five friends from Mount Holly, including four Burlington County College students, took first place in the Philadelphia Film Race 2010 with their funny creation about a funeral.
They had 24 hours to come up with a script, act it out and film it.
Their 3.51-minute movie, “Nick’s Funeral,” which can be seen on YouTube, won best picture in the regional contest as well as awards for best writing and best acting ensemble. Now it goes on to the national Film Race, competing against movies from the 20 other cities that hosted regional contests.
Nick Calabrese, 20, and Jon Carmelia, 19, both BCC sophomores majoring in entertainment technology, had the concept for and directed the film, respectively. They also appeared in it.
Their friends, Shaun Fury and Vincent Gicking, both 19 and also BCC students, acted while Eric Brown, 19, filmed the production and provided the musical accompaniment.
As local winners, the team received three hours of studio time at Audiomaxx, free membership in the Philadelphia Independent Film and Video Association, and three cases of Red Bull.
