I graduated in 1981 and have since lost my diploma. I would like to know how to get a copy of my high school diploma
Look up the school you went to and give them a call. If they can't get you a copy of your diploma they can point you in the direction of someone who can.

I recently visited my dad at port hueneme he is a eo in the seabees. While i was there I went and talked to some guys my age and decided thats what i wanted to do. I went to my recruiter and basicly he told me the navy doesnt want ne thing other that challenge program or nuclear power program. He was telling me that if i go and try to be a seabee it could be longer then a year before i would get to go to boot camp. I took the practice asvab and scored a 75 soo he was telling me i would be able to get into the nuclear thing, but i am assuming the school would be very difficult. I think i would be able to do seals am already in good shape i wrestled in high school and one of my dads buddys said he thinks i could do it. i dont want to wait a year to be a seebea but its what i would want to do over the rest. Can ne one give me some insight on pros and cons of each one and if i did go seabees would i really have to wait a year to do it?
The person to help you pick a job in the Navy is the job classifier at MEPS. It's not only what job you want to do and are qualified for, it's also what the Navy needs.
That being said Nuke is a very challenging program and a six year active duty commitment. CB jobs are very hard to get because they are always at 110% manning which makes advancement very slow.
If you take the "seal challenge" option there are 2 dozen jobs to choose from and it's once again a matter of which ones you qualify for and are available.
There is a time and place for everything. The time and place to choose a job in the Navy is with the job classifier at MEPS.
