Does anyone here attend the London School of Marketing? I am really interested to take one of their courses and would like some feedback. Also what would you recommend for a foreign who doesn't live in uk and would like non-expensive lodging in the school area. Also how are the teacher, and the school environment, and what would you suggest on taking for a person who's got basic knowledge of Marketing
There isn't a "school site" as such. This organisation runs courses at various sites in Central London, generally in other educational establishments.
Living costs, especially accommodation costs, in Central London are very high - this is something you should research thoroughly before applying to the college.
You should also ensure that you have (or can easily get) any appropriate visa for studying in the UK
The link below gives you more informatiuon about this school and the courses it runs
Watch a short introduction video to Principles of Marketing www.facebook.com
questions are as follows:
1-reasons for choosing the course.
2-The knowledge skills& position of reponsibilities,u hv obtained thru ur work/education(whether paid voluntary/domestic)which might be relevant to the course.
3-The work experiance and/or personal developments which have been most imp. to u.
4-The challanges facing in ur studies, work or personal career developments.
5-Ur future career plans.
If u can write this for me i will be very thankful to you.
well i cant write it for you but i guess you can write it business letter style and paragraph one should be about #1 and paragraph 2 should be #2 and 3 together...etc....

I was looking into the best route for marketing, at first i was going to go to Uni but now i think i have settled on doing distance learning starting from an introductory certificate in marketing and working my way up to a post grad diploma, while still working, and then going to uni for a year after i have got chartered marketer status to get a degree.
I have found some study centres such as London school of marketing, ICS and spa Professional academy.Ive read some bad reviews about ICS customer service but was wondering if anyone had any information on the quality of the distance learning courses for the other ones?
LSM sounds OK.
It is accredited by Anglia Ruskin (a proper university if a modern one descended from a polytechnic)
spa looks Ok too.
I don't know what value if any these short courses have, but the colleges look genuine.

Distance learning and online learning are to separate aspects and yopu can't compare them. in online learning you will not come in contact with your teacher but in distance learning you will. In online learning all you need is a computer and an internet connection. You can attend classes anywhere you feel like but in distance learning yuou will have to go to your classes and to a specific time.
So see to it what suits you and then opt for it.
