Old Town School

Im making something for my mom and I wanna include a picture of her old school that was torn down. It was Lanett Central Elementary in Lanett, AL
It's an old town in general, so is there a way i could find a bunch of old pictures?

If Lannett is a small town, you might want to go straight to the town hall to ask about that. Our Mayberry-esque town keeps archives of them. The local McDonald's actually copied some of the pictures and hung them on the walls (I think they're trying to be like Applebee's :p)

You might have a lot of luck at the library too. Microfilms of old newspapers could yield a wealth of pictures (if you take pictures of the screen if you find a good one).

i live in old town pasadena and my daughter is going into high school next year. i hear that south pasadena high school has a wonderful reputation and just an all around good atmosphere. their website has rave reviews! could my daughter still attend there, is it in the same district? if she cant are there any good high school in old town pasadena that are public that she could attend?

I lived in a town 3 years ago and I loved it until I had to move after school year in 2004. Haven't met the people there for a long time so I miss them. So I was thinking about visiting that town's high school to meet my old friends, do schools allow visitors?

Ya they allow visitors, although you should call the school ahead of time and then check in at the office when you arrive! The school needs to know who is on the grounds. Have fun!!

OK my town is kind of big so they have to split it up in to different districts. recently i moved to another part of town which is in different school district i was wondering if i could still go to my old school because its still in the same town...???

since its in a different school district you're probally going to need a boundary exception to still attend your school
