I am looking for a good California med school, and while searching i came across a listing of "Top 10 Medical Schools". However, there were two lists. One said "Top 10 Medical Schools (research)", and the other said "Top 10 Medical Schools (primary care)". I was just wondering what the difference is. If someone could explain it, that would be great. Thank you!
i think that the research criterion is for how good the school is at teaching the material and applying it to medical research and i think that the primary care factor is how well they do in their respective hospitals...this is just a guess though..

This applies to the UK. During the past 3 or 4 years, I have seen primary school children taking an A3 sized bag which is the same colour as their school jumpers with the logo on it. They are also carrying a normal school bag and sometimes a lunch box or bag.
As I don't know of anyone with a primary school aged child, I cannot ask them.
they carry their school reading books that are given to them to read at home, and they take them back to school as they read it to their teacher. also sometimes the work they do at school they are allowed to take them home later
We are moving to Adelaide in the new year and would like to know if there is a good primary school in this area and also if Mount Barker high is any good? Also we are considering Mawson Lakes and while we can find a good primary school are struggling to find a good high school in the Mawson Lakes area. Any ideas?

My kids go to Brisbane Independent School at 2447 Moggill Rd, Pullenvale. This alternative primary school is at the cutting edge of education, encouraging students to balance freedom and responsibility from the very earliest years. This is resource-intensive, thus classes are kept to 15 students.
This is an expensive way to educate, though, and our community-owned and independent school always seems to struggle financially. How do I make more people in the wider community aware of what a fabulous school this is, so that we can boost our enrolments a little?
Unfortunately there seems to be a perception within the local community that this school is some kind of hippy commune, when the reality is that our families represent the same cross-section of society as any other school in the area. If anything, we may be more conservative, on the whole!

a big sign out the front about the open day is a good start(drove past there today & dident notice one) get the Quest local paper to do a pice on the school about the open day radio stations that have a comunity spot put fetes on so may do the same for a open day
