School Prom

my school prom is coming up..
and when i broke up with my girlfriend after 15 months, i didnt do anything.. my prom is next week and i got my kilt yesterday.. very limited selection. and im not happy with it..

what can i do to spruce it up, like pink boxers or something lol

You need to be as formal or as casual has he is going to be. If he's gettin a tux, then you should have something just as formal. If you don't want to buy a new dress, wear one you've worn before or see if there is one you can borrow from a friend.

I know this a probably a really stupid question, but I can't take the people at my school anymore, I absolutely hate convention, especially concerning the things I wear and I want to distance myself from everyone 'normal' as far as possible. But we have our prom at the end of the year and so the normal 'semi-formal' (or something) dress code applies, and my question is this: what can I wear so I won't look like every other *sshole there but still be in accordance with the dress code?

lol well if you really wanted to be different you could wear the dress while the date wears the tux

ok so my prom is in may sometime, and theres this girl i want to ask, we're really good friends, and i just want to go as friends? can i do that?? anyways im like 99% sure she'll say yes, she's one of those flirty types. anyways she recently told me about some guy she's never met before(he sounds like a amd creeper) and she said she may end up going to prom with him if no one asks her.. i actually plan on asking her tho.. when should i?? how can i increase my chances? and can we go as just friends? or should i just go by myself, but i dont want her to go with some creeper tho :S

if u honestly have no other feelings for this girl other than pure friendship, i'd let her go with the other guy just cuz she might like him and u'd actually be helping her out if she was just free to go with him. if ur afraid hes some creeper, just keep an eye on things at the prom to make sure things dont get outta hand

but if u do have deeper feelings for her.......thats a diff story.......

I'm going to my first prom and I was wondering what type of dancing goes on - formal, informal, etc. or is it like any other school dance - hip hop, pop, techno, etc?

grinding and slow dancing.and at most proms they play the cha cha slide and the electric slide which are always party starters lol.have fun and prom and don't be afraid to dance!
