School Rating

My music teacher once showed me a website for rating and reviewing teachers, that contained some teachers and my school... but I lost it.

I then attempted to join "ratemyteacher.com" but my school doesn't exist on that site.


Does anyone know a decent website for rating reviewing teachers?

for those sites if you get caught you can be sentenced and fined

Which elementary school would you take your kids to, a private school or a good high rating (9 or 10) rating public school ? The private schools programs are structured differently than the public. Which is a better one to discipline, encourage, support your child to want to learn more and be better prepared for college ?

I would prefer teachers or parents to answer my questions, but of course anyone who has an opinion is also welcome to answer my questions also. Thank you for your honest opinions.

A private school offers specialized programs, maintains better discipline and safety standards, pays more attention to individual child and give a push towards college. However private schools are expensive and academic reputation of school varies. To learn more, please visit :

Within the public school system, Charter Schools and Magnet schools both blur the distinction between public and private schools. A good high rating (9 or 10) rating public school is a good option. I'll definitely consider a good public school.

There are great private schools and there are great public schools. The trick is finding the school that best fits your child's needs. It's a good idea to research the schools that interest you and to get a true picture of the school, visit in person.

Please Help!!!!! I am looking for a high school to go to and I need a good website to research. I am looking for honest, websites I can trust. I have tried greatschools.net and liked it. Please help

Greatschool.net is the best source I know of for reviewing and rating a particular school. If you already know about it and like it, then by all means use that. Nothing anyone here will override that link for "details". The only other way is to find someone who has attended several best schools.
