Is it okay to use school equipment to make money?

Like sports equipment to hold private lessons? And you pocket any of that money you make. None goes to the school.


I'm pretty sure most school would not permit that if they got absolutely no benefits from it. You should talk about that to the principal, make him an offer or something. Good luck !

As long as you are willing to pony up the dough, why not. The school, however, has a budget and things like new athletic uniforms cost money that probably isn't allocated into the budget. As for the vending machines, if they belong to a private company, talk to the company or the route driver. The driver, however, probably works on a commission and will only put things in the machine that actually sell. Candy sells, apples don't.

$10,000 because this amount of money could have been spent in other alternatives, including investing it in money making options. It's the cost of the other foregone opportunities.
