School Transport

I plan to admit my son in Dream Intl, 6th oct, But i stay in Mohandessin and it takes a long travelling time, if i opt for the school transport. Can I find any other private transport, like a car lift, who can provide pickup-drop service to and fro the school for my son. Can anyone help please ?

School transportation would be best in his case, unless you consider buying a car and hiring a driver. There are means of public transportation of course, especially from Lebanon square but it will not be fit for your son to use, especially that you cannot guarantee the timing.
One other solution is to see if a colleague of his lives around where you live and comes by car or something and speak to his parents to see if taking your son along would be ok.
Or, you can see who else live around where you do and share a rented taxi to take the kids from/to school

I need to go to the school in order to get the forms,
but the thing is. My parents are not able to take me to the school because of their jobs for few days in which the permit is due.

I was planning to go with my tutor (she's 20years old)
so she can drive me there to get it.


Do you think they'll require parent signature?

If you are not over 18, then yes the school will need their signature. You'll need to pick up the forms, take them home and fill them out, then return them to the school. Or you may request that you fax over the completed forms with your parents' signatures.

My 5th grade, 10 yo son doesn't want to take his lunch box to school in fear of looking like a nerd. The lunch box is plain, no charactures. How else can he transport the lunch and still be totally cool ?

What are the other 5th graders using? My 5th and 6th graders still use lunch boxes, but so do their classmates. When we can't find our lunchboxes, we use brown paper lunch bags (though they are kind of small if you want to send a bev. and tend to break if you have an apple or other large fruit), or plastic grocery sacks. The downside of these options is the fruit bruises and the lunch gets warm, maybe even dangerously warm. String cheese and go-gurts can be frozen, and this helps to keep the lunch cooler. Or put the lunch in a paper bag inside the insulated lunchbag in his backpack. At lunchtime, voila! His lunch is cool and he is too!

hi mr howard.
I belive that some states have put school busses .
my question is that public transport busses carry
the same promblem .
I like my self are unable to travel on busses due to a bad
acisdent and meny more a like are in the same boat.
Is it possibile your goverment can leglisate to have pubilic
transport to have seat belts fitted.
