I was going to suggest going to the school website, but if it doesn't help, I'm not sure what you should do. However, try to find a telephone number for the school and make a direct inquiry.

Si Se Puede conference motivates hundreds of high school students ...
Nearly 600 high school students from across the Chicago area participated in Lewis University’s Sixth Annual Si Se Puede Conference Nov. 16. It was the largest crowd in the history of the conference, which began in 2001 to provide workshops on choosing a college, navigating the financial aid process and motivation on reaching one’s fullest potential. The keynote speaker was Enrique Rodriquez, weekend anchor and general weekly assignment report for Noticias Univision Chicago. Rodriguez was born and raised in Uruapan, Michoacán, Mexico and moved to Los Angeles in 1985 with his family for the opportunity for a better future. Although he faced many obstacles along the way, Rodriguez never gave up and refused to become part of another statistic. Hard work led him to earn degrees in Communications and Mexican American Studies from California State University Northridge. During his motivational speech, Rodriguez emphasized the importance of having an action plan to accomplish dreams. He believes that “When you feel like the world is on top of your shoulders, you are getting closer to your goals.” According to Rodriguez, 26 percent of Latinos are unable to graduate high school and less than 6 percent of Latinos are enrolling in medical school. He said that more Latinos are needed in the fields of science and medicine. “Let’s not make excuses, let’s make it happen!” exclaimed Rodriguez, who shared with his audience that it took him 13 years to earn his college degree because among other obstacles, he was an undocumented citizen and ineligible for financial aid. Despite challenges faced, Rodriguez believes in the importance of never giving up and climbing one step at a time. He encouraged his listeners to remember that hard work does pay off and that dreams can be accomplished. Although Rodriguez considers his relationships with his son and wife to be his greatest accomplishment in life, he has won two Emmy awards, reported on the Mexican Presidential election in 2006 and President Barack Obama’s inauguration as well as had one-on-one interviews with Mexican President Felipe Calderon and then presidential candidate Hilary Clinton. Schools in attendance at the Si Se Puede Conference included: Bolingbrook High School, Curie High School in Chicago, De La Salle Institute in Chicago, East Aurora High School, Highland Park High School, Joliet Central High School, Metea Valley High School in Aurora, Morton East High School in Berwyn, Plano High School, Romeoville High School, San Miguel School in Chicago, St. Rita High School in Chicago, Thomas Kelly High School in Chicago, Thornton Township High School in Harvey, Thornwood High School in South Holland and Tinley Park High School. The conference is in honor of Dolores Huerta and Cesar E Chavez co-founders of the United Farm Workers (UFW) who protested against poor working conditions, educated many farm workers about their worker’s rights, and mobilized thousands of people using non-violent tactics for peace and social justice. In the spirit of Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta who strongly believed in community empowerment, the Si Se Puede Conference serves as a beacon of hope for many Latino high school students whom would otherwise feel a college degree is not attainable. The conference evolved from a short visit day to a whole conference. Since its inception in 2001, more than 2,500 students have participated. “The conference is an opportunity for Latino high school students to witness the successes of Latinos in higher education that could serve as an inspiration for them,” commented Carlos Fernandez Serrato, director of Multicultural Student Services at Lewis University. He added, “It seems like more and more Latino high school students are making an effort in researching opportunities at the college level.” “This year, we had a record number of requests from high schools to attend our largest Si Se Puede Conference ever, which demonstrates the immediate need from the community to provide these types of motivational events for youth. No other university in the area provides such an inspirational conference to motivate Latino youth as the Si Se Puede Conference,” explained Martha Villegas-Miranda, coordinator of University Ministry Outreach and assistant to the director of Multicultural Student Services. Lewis University is a Catholic university offering distinctive undergraduate and graduate programs to more than 6,000 traditional and adult students.
