Toy School Bus

it was like arounf 3:30 am and i was watching tv and i heard the toy bus go on, it sings a song
and i was so scared i stayed up another 2 hours just wondering what it was
then in the morning i looked outside to check out the toy and i tried to put it on myself and it didnt work and i opend up the batteries to see that there are no fukcing batteries! D: D: D:
wtf was that?
could it be a ghost or something?
it wasnt another toy
this toy was left outside ride next to the window
and it has no batteries and its like the only toy school bus that we have
it couldnt have been another toy because no other toy sings the same song as the toy bus =/
also right now i jusr realized that the outside light blew! D:

My son's toys make sounds all the time, whether he's playing with them or not. I tend to think that could be by design, it reminds the child that the toy is there. Sounds like that's what happened for you. If the batteries were not in the toy school bus, then it was another toy that made the sound.

I'm not sure of the last 2 lines and since my daughter loves to play this toy non stop it annoying not to understand the words.

I believe you got all the lines correct in there. Just missing the second to last line which goes "All around the town" :)

My son is in LOVE with the series and while we have lots of books and a few of the DVD's he's 3 and really wants some toys, like perhaps the bus or characters to play with and act out the stories. I've searched online but all I come up with is the books, DVD's and Science Kits which are a little too old for him. Any suggestions will be appreciated. We have gotten him the Little People school bus because it has a face on it.

My son is 6 and is homeschooled as he has special needs the school is unwilling to address. He loves to play with his Nerf guns. He has started to run out to the bus stop, which is right across the street from out back door, to meet his brother and sister. He often takes his Nerf gun, without darts, to meet his brother, and pretends to fire at him, when he gets off the bus. It's all in fun. However, we have a nasty history with the bus driver who seems to look for any reason to write my kids up. She has reported my son playing with his Nerf gun at the bus stop, and they have called to ask me to have him stop. How far do my son's rights extend and how much authority do they have at this bus stop? This is in Illinois.

I have great news for you...
There is a case that determined that the liability (and therefore responsibility) of the school ends once the bus drops the child off.
Pratt v. Robinson is the name of the case, and the details are gruesome but they support your case.

The court held that if the school inherited the liability to make sure kids get home safely, then the school buses would be running door-to-door service. Rather, they designate a stop that is reasonable in regard to the other stops. If they don't see your child there, they don't drive to your house to pick them up...

Anyways...gruesome case, avoid reading if you can - but it supports your issue.

That was the last straw...I then packed up my belongings and moved to Compton where I saw this horrible thing in the middle of the street.

Now thats rediculous..and just the other day I saw a Barbie doll being manhandled by a GI Joe inside of her Barbie Pink convertable..and Ken was beheaded by a professional wrestler action figure who potrayed who I think was Eugene.

What will we do about these random acts of violence among toys!!!???

We can't do anything but... RUN FOR OUR LIVES!!!!
